Lookout+ is a prototype and is not yet fully tested or certified for autonomous operation. Therefore, all responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel ultimately lies with the master, who must be present on the boat and ready to take control at any time.

Greenroom Robotics and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage to the vessel, property, or persons resulting from the use of Lookout+.

Lookout+ is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenroom Robotics and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of Lookout+.
The terms and conditions of this disclaimer are in addition to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) as available below. By using Lookout, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the EULA. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions or the EULA, do not use the ground station or operate Lookout.
